Publication Ethics
Once plagiarism is found, the repetition rate is over 35%, or other violations of publishing ethics, an editor-accepted article will be rejected by the publisher and there will be no refund for no-shows.

l Each participant may submit up to 2 papers as an author or co-author.
l Each
presentation must pay non refundable registration fee.
l Only
registered and paid papers will be scheduled in the conference program and
proceedings.
l Registration
is valid only when the payment is received and processed.
